How do I place an order?
- Orders can be placed online at naijafooddepot.com, by phone or through our various social media platforms.
How long does it take for and order to be processed?
- Orders typically take about 24-48 hours to process.
How do I pay for my order?
- Payment can be made via cashless options like Zelle, Cashapp or Venmo. Other electronic payment methods are coming soon.
Can I place an order if I'm outside New Jersey?
- Yes. Customers outside New Jersey may place their orders.
Are any products unavailable for shipping?
- Yes. Frozen products can't be shipped because we cannot guarantee the integrity of the item in case of unforeseen delays. Also, individual items weighing OVER 20 lbs can't be shipped without contacting us prior to checkout.
